Image Accounting Premier has a robust security module that allows menu and report level security per user. The Menu Permissions allows you to give or deny permission for users to specific menu items. This is a very powerful feature, because you can establish specific permissions for each and every user.

The Report Permissions form allows you to give or deny permission for users to specific reports. You will see that this is broken down by module and will be displayed accordingly. You can establish specific permissions for each and every user. Using the Report Permissions you can also set report options like the default printer, collation, number of copies and whether the report should be previewed first or print to the printer.
